Huilian Aluminum Structural Ceiling System is a modular load-bearing ceiling solution developed based on over 20 years of experience in raised access floor design and manufacturing.
Designed specifically for high-standard applications such as data centers, financial server rooms, cleanrooms, and intelligent manufacturing facilities, the system provides a reliable overhead structural platform for complex building infrastructure.

The complete system consists of high-strength aluminum alloy main joists, secondary joists, perimeter joists, and precision die-cast X/T/L connectors. Unlike traditional lightweight ceilings that focus mainly on decoration, Huilian Structural Ceiling System adopts a fully aluminum modular grid structure to achieve excellent load-bearing performance, safely supporting overhead cable trays, fire protection pipelines, HVAC ducts, and various mechanical and electrical equipment.

Multiple standard grid layouts (1200×1200mm, 1200×600mm, 600×600mm) are available. Verified by professional mechanical testing, the overall safety factor reaches 2.0. The aluminum structure features anti-corrosion, rust-proof, lightweight and long service life advantages. All components are prefabricated with quick plug-in joints to minimize on-site cutting, shorten construction periods, and enable partial disassembly for convenient circuit modification and equipment maintenance in computer rooms.
Matched with M10 adjustable hanging assemblies compatible with all building wall structures, this ceiling system can be paired with Huilian raised access floors to form an integrated top-to-bottom space solution for server rooms. Equipped with two large manufacturing bases to guarantee stable supply, our products have been applied in numerous benchmark projects including supercomputing centers, cloud computing parks and financial data centers worldwide, providing safe, reliable one-stop overhead structural supporting solutions for design institutes and general contractors.

Connector Details of Engineered Structural Ceiling System

X connectors

X connectors are high strength and corrosion resistant cast aluminium construction used to interlock all cross tees for rigid connection.

T connectors

T connector also known as perimeter connectors, composed of high strength and corrosion resistant cast aluminium construction, are primarily used for installation along the walls/columns or any other space interface.

L connectors

L connectors are high strength and corrosion resistant die cast aluminium construction used to interlock perimeter extrusion corners together.

I connectors

I connectors are high strength and corrosion resistant die cast aluminium construction used to interlock the main beam ends.

T Flat bracket

T connector also known as perimeter connectors, made of Mild Steel with Zinc Electroplating, are primarily used for installation along the walls/columns or any other space interface. They are therefore designed to be customized on-site during installation.
