Anti-static Steel Concrete Raised Floor with HPL Finish

Anti-static Steel Concrete Raised Floor with HPL Finish is constructed using high-quality deep stretch coil steel that is coated with epoxy powder. The raised floor, which is filled with foamed cement, consists of a flat steel top sheet which is welded to a formed steel bottom sheet.

The Anti-Static Steel HPL Raised Floor system prevents static electricity produced by computers, ensuring reliable performance. It's widely used in microelectronics, prevents damage to electronic devices and is ideal for areas with anti-static needs. The panels are non-combustible and adhere to Huilian standards.

Steel Concrete Raised Floor Specifications

When choosing raised floor, it's crucial for you to consider the specifications as they represent the performance of a typical installation. While Raised Access Floor Panel criteria, such as concentrated load, are often used to specify floor systems, this test isn't an accurate representation of an actual installation. It's performed with panel testing blocks, not actual understructure. Therefore, it's important to take into account all factors that may affect the performance of the Raised Access Floor System.

Raised Access Floor design load is tested using CISCA Concentrated Load test method on actual understructure instead of steel blocks. The design load is determined by taking the lesser value of the ultimate load divided by two or the point at which permanent damage occurs (yield point).
The Raised Access Floor safety factor is the multiple of Design load to the Ultimate Load. International standards and Dawn recommend' a minimum of 2.

Steel Concrete Raised Floor Accessories

  Anti-static HPL Finishes
High-Pressure Laminate (HPL) is a type of high-tech material used as a surface finish on various substrates like MDF or Chipboard. It belongs to the group of high-pressure decorative laminates, compact laminates, and balance sheets. HPL is made from several layers of technical fibers from young woods, bonded with phenolic resin. The upper layer is covered with cellulose impregnated with heat-hardened resin, which makes it highly resistant to impact and scratches. The material is created under high pressure and temperature, resulting in a robust composite sheet with exceptional durability and longevity.
Anti-static Steel Concrete Raised Floor is available in a range of HPL finishes and colors, allowing for customizable design options that can complement the aesthetics of the data center.
  Installation accessories
The finished access floor will be rigid, free from vibration and rocking panels within a 3mm level over the entire space. Panels will be accurately cut to fit around all permanent features. All whole panels will be completely interchangeable allowing for any future changes. The access floor will maintain these original conditions when sufficient panels have been removed for normal underfloor access.

Pedestals and stringers are necessary for installation. The specifications of pedestals and stringers for different types of flooring are different. Please contact us if you need suggestion.
  Other accessories
Grommets, outlet boxes, and electronic sockets can be used to facilitate wiring and routing. In some areas, we can use glass raised floor to monitor the situation under the raised floor.
