Raised Floor Bandsaw Cutting Machine

A Raised Floor Bandsaw Cutting Machine is a specialized tool used in the installation and modification of raised access floor systems. It delivers precise, clean cuts to floor panels, enabling custom fitting around obstructions or room-specific dimensions. Introduction
1.PRY-550 is tripod supporting structure, the main engine is35.5KG, the working table and pedestals is 13.5KG, the wholeweight is 48.8kg, it is more convenient compared with regularcutting band saw, the speed of cutting blade is 240mtr per minute.
 
2.PRY-550 is 1.5meter height, the working table is 1.3meterheight, According to human engineering, it is suitable for humanstanding operation machine height.
 
3. PRY-550 can cut metal, wood, it is a necessary for raised floor installation.

The glass panel is 20mm thick made of 2 layers of stalinite. It is compatible foe whole range of Huilian raised floor system by using an unique designed strong steel frame. It is recommended where underfloor instrument observation is required.

Raised Access Floor Brace System

The Raised Floor Brace System consists of diagonal and horizontal braces, serving as critical structural parts for raised access floor installations. Horizontal stringers link pedestals to create a uniform grid that stabilizes floor panels and evenly distributes loads, whereas diagonal braces add extra structural support and rigidity.
